The Heritage Volunteers are vital to the success and running of certain events. The Park attracts thousands of school visits every year and the Heritage Volunteers work with Croxteth Hall Staff & The Rangers to provide the Hall’s renowned ‘Victorian Christmas’ history programme.

They also dress in Victorian costumes during Sundays & Bank Holidays, making the place come alive with housemaids, butlers and other staff. They talk to visitors about Croxteth Hall and the way of life inside a grand country house as it would have been in the 1900’s, before the Great War.

The Heritage Volunteers greet thousands of people every year helping them to enjoy, learn about and appreciate one of the City’s finest resources in Croxteth Hall & Country Park.
